LEO LRP25-40/180
LEO LRP25-40/180
Model in the LRP Hot Water Circulation Pump Range.
50 Hz reference specifications
For heating and HVAC water circulation. Confirm liquid compatibility and any potable-water approval requirements before selection. These values reproduce LEO's published European 50 Hz sheet; confirm the supplied version and required duty before ordering.
| Item | Published reference |
|---|---|
| Electrical supply | 220–240 V / 50 Hz |
| Motor control | Three speed settings (3 / 2 / 1) |
| Insulation / enclosure | Class H / IP44 |
| Liquid temperature | 2–110 °C |
| Body / connection | Cast-iron body, threaded-connection version. |
Published speed ratings — LRP25-40/180
| Speed | Electrical power (W) | Maximum flow (L/min) | Maximum head (m) |
|---|---|---|---|
| 3 | 73 | 64 | 4.6 |
| 2 | 64 | 58 | 4.3 |
| 1 | 43 | 35 | 3.9 |
Maximum flow and maximum head are separate limits, not a simultaneous operating point. They have not been joined to invent a performance curve.
Model dimensions — hydraulic curve confirmation pending
Curve applicability requires confirmation: The European curve is labelled LRP20-40/180, not this exact LRP25-40/180 code. It is not assigned to this page. A separate LEO 3.0 plot exists for LRP25-40/180 but has different electrical ratings; the applicable version needs confirmation.
Product dimensional data
| Drawing symbol | Model value |
|---|---|
| L | 180 mm |
| B | 125 mm |
| B1 | 75 mm |
| H | 130 mm |
| H1 | 25 mm |
| G | G1.5 |
Symbols follow the manufacturer dimension drawing. L is the installation length between connections. G is the thread callout, not a metric dimension or a guarantee of union accessories. D symbols apply to flanged versions. Package sizes have not been substituted for product dimensions.
Exact-code manufacturer curve reference - 74 / 54 / 34 W version only
LEO's manufacturer circulation catalogue explicitly names LRP25-40/180 in its technical table, hydraulic-plot legend and dimensional row (printed pages 2, 3 and 9, inspected on 19 October 2026). This establishes a primary reference for the separately identified 74 / 54 / 34 W version; it does not make the European 73 / 64 / 43 W version above interchangeable, and its differently labelled plot remains unassigned.
| Source speed | Power (W) | Current (A) | Separate max flow (m³/h) | Separate max head (m) |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| III | 74 | 0.34 | 3.8 | 4.5 |
| II | 54 | 0.24 | 3.4 | 4.2 |
| I | 34 | 0.16 | 2.1 | 3.8 |
The three individually labelled orange Q-H traces were sampled only over clear visible positions: 35 approximate readings in total. Reading allowances are about ±0.1 m head and ±0.02 m³/h flow, not factory tolerances or certified test data. The separate original plot is retained for comparison: orange Q-H uses its left head axis and blue Q-P its right electrical-power axis. No zero-flow shut-off point, zero-head endpoint, rated duty or full certified curve is inferred; the printed maxima remain separate table values.

Matching manufacturer dimensional row for this reference version
| L | 180 mm |
|---|---|
| W | 125 mm |
| W1 | 75 mm |
| H | 130 mm |
| H1 | 25 mm |
| G | G1.5 source callout; confirm actual supplied connection and union accessories |
The original family outline and exact LRP25-40/180 row use W and W1; these are shown as B and B1 in the separate European reference above. The source numerical envelope values agree, but this does not confirm the actual supplied unit, mounting clearances, threaded accessories, or potable-water approval. No package sizes or shipping weights have been substituted.
Supplied-version hold: confirm the actual motor nameplate, matching performance sheet, liquid conditions, connection assembly and accepted duty before selection. The two source electrical/performance datasets remain explicitly separate. This qualified reference does not assert price, stock, installation suitability or completion of the range.
Source-version and duty confirmation
The manufacturer's tabular speed maxima and drawn curve intercepts do not always agree. Both are reproduced as published rather than silently reconciled; the applicable supplied version and accepted duty point require confirmation.
Electrical-rating conflict: the local LEO 3.0 sheet lists 74 / 54 / 34 W for speeds 3 / 2 / 1, while the European sheet used above lists 73 / 64 / 43 W. Do not treat these as interchangeable versions; confirm the supplied motor nameplate and its matching performance data.
Confirm the required flow, head, liquid conditions and electrical supply with Krächtig before ordering. Price and availability on enquiry.
